HEALTHlink Center Ribbon Cutting

Please join Trans Solutions and MDwise on March 31 – International Transgender Day of Visibility – for the ribbon-cutting celebration for our HEALTHlink Connection Center by MDwise.
HEALTHlink will give our community members and neighbors access to computers and internet for such things as completing health needs screenings, locating health providers, applying for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits; connecting with job opportunities and much more.
Trans Solutions is home to the first HEALTHlink Connection Center, designed to increase access for individuals without a computer or broadband internet access at home. HEALTHlink is one tool MDwise is using to help increase health equity in marginalized communities, especially those with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
