The Community Mobilization Committee will initiate outreach, support partner organizations, and maintain connections to stakeholders impacted by HIV.

The Communications committee is responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring the Task Force communications policies, channels, and websites, as well as recommending new ways for the Task Force to communicate with its members and other interested parties through alternative media.
